QUALITY:
Our philosophy is simple: quality is everything.
For that, we continue to maintain quality standards for consumer markets. To ensure quality, we actively participate directly in all the manufacturing process to keep each and everything accurate. Our quality controllers, move daily to the factories for follow-up.
The detailed visual inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specification and instructions from the customer’s and it covers criteria such as design, shrinkage, twisting, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortment, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.
As methods of inspection
We use in-line inspection and AQL 1.5 or AQL 2.5 for final inspection and if required by the customer, the third party inspection arranged (e.g. ITS and SGS or any other are present in Bangladesh).
Quality control involves monitoring the quality from fabric to finishing including:
Ø Samples (Development, Salesman, FIT, PP, Trial Production, Shipping etc.) inspection
Ø Fabric and trims inventory and inspection
Ø Full size set pattern grading and size set sample inspection
Ø Test cutting -production inspection
Ø Daily in-line inspection
Ø Final inspection
Ø Container staffing and loading inspection.
The consignment is allowed for the shipment only if it is up to the customers required standard.
SOCIAL/COMPLIANCE:
We/Our factories are successfully maintaining all the ethical and social code of conduct following international or local laws. And continuously maintaining the standard established by BSCI – WRAP – ICS – SEDEX;
We select the factories, who are able to keep a working environment in which no worker needs to fear fires, building collapses, or other accidents that could be prevented with reasonable health and safety measures. The full list of our factories covered by the ACCORD program;
